The certifications and guarantees that accompany the products of DAUWIN® are the hallmark of quality on all the frames that are imported and manufactured by the company, as well as on their components that are an integral part. The quality checks carried out by DAUWIN® at all stages of the production, during the construction of the frames until the completion and delivery of each order and the reporting of results related to the customer satisfaction, ensure the high level of quality on the company’s frames. The construction process of the frames is in full compliance with the rules and conditions set by the European Union. The daily checks completed by DAUWIN® are carried out with the appropriate measuring instruments; these relate to the quality of the materials and their correct use, the suitability of the equipment, the process followed, the specialization of the techniques, and the expertise of all the company’s staff engaged in the production. The measurement results confirm daily the superior quality of the frames and their high manufacturing standards and reliability.
ISO 9001 -2001 Certification
The ISO 9001 certification issued by the international TÜV organization for certifications relates to the quality assurance in the administration of the company. Based on the ISO 9001 certification, it is stated that the DAUWIN® implements and maintains a system of internal control of its production, which ensures the highest quality of its products. The TÜV certification confirms the continuous upgrading, development and optimization of structures, services and products.
CE Marking - Certification
The CE marking confirms that the product that bears it may be traded freely and be sold in the countries of the European Union. In addition, the CE marking certifies that the product meets all the standards and requirements set by the EU (CE).
The CE marking is awarded by the manufacturers of each product, who are pledging with their signature that they have complied with all the requirements set by the EU and that they implement and maintain a production control system at their factory or business, which ensures the quality of their products, as certified by the independent TÜV body with ISO 9001 Certificate. DAUWIN® measures and monitors with daily checks the quality of the products manufactured, and the results of the corresponding measurements are released to a special independent body. In order to obtain an approval of the CE marking, the company must declare that its door & window frames have achieved the following properties: wind permeability, water tightness, resistance to wind load, water tightness in torrential rain, heat insulation, soundproofing, escape of hazardous substances (from the inside). In this way, the consumer knows that DAUWIN® products that bear the CE marking combine all the properties they claim to have.
