Color chart of DAUWIN® aluminum frames
DAUWIN® aluminum frames undergo technical surface treatments in order to protect the aluminum against corrosion and of course to give it the image desired by the customer, in order to meet the architectural and aesthetic needs of the building.
The two main processing techniques are anodizing and electrostatic painting.
Anodizing: With the anodizing technique, a layer of oxide (rust) is created on the aluminum surface, which, because it is already oxidized, does not corrode when exposed to the atmosphere, thus protecting the metal. The anti-corrosion behavior of anodized products is extremely good, as long as the treatment is done correctly, according to the rules of application and use. However, the possible disadvantages of the method are the necessarily metallic appearance of aluminum and the limitation in colors.
Electrostatic painting: With the technique of electrostatic painting, the aluminum surface is covered with a layer of polyester paint. The anti-corrosion protection provided by the electrostatic paint is very good if all the rules of the production process, application and use are observed, while the possibility of unlimited colors - shades is offered. However, the potential negatives of the technique include the risk of detachment of the two materials, the paint and the aluminum.

NEW COLOR OF WOOD
Create structures that stand out and change the atmosphere with EXALCO
The new wood color palette, inspired by modern architectural trends, combines the warm and cool shades of natural wood.
It consists of 17 colors, of which 6 are old best-selling codes and the remaining 11 colors are new shades.
Their selection was made after study and discussions with architects, where market trends in exterior and interior decoration were analyzed.
The new colors were tested in laboratory artificial aging tests (solarbox) by our suppliers in Italy. This process controls the loss of color in solar radiation and checks their suitability for use in the outdoor environment.
On rough or smooth surfaces, Exalco's new Wood Color Book guarantees the superior quality and long life of the color, avoiding two-tones and uniformly capturing the feeling of wood.
The processing is done in a special aluminum wood imitation unit with a certified QUALITAL, V.I.V DECORAL paint system. The special paint method acts as a protective layer offering a perfect finish and resistance to the harshest environmental conditions. The shades are certified for their quality with the Qualideco European sublimation standard. The vanguard of the new color scheme lies in the size of the sample, where the shade is printed on a large surface and the color is easily perceived by the end consumer.
Imitation wood colors can be perfectly applied to doors, windows, pergolas and special constructions such as railings, etc.
