Good morning,

Thank you very much for your interest and we always feel you close to us whenever we need something.

Nearly for half a year after the installation of frames, we are very satisfied with our choice. Both the quality of frames and the impeccable fitting and support services, strengthen our confidence in your company.

At present, we do not need directly any of your services. The malfunction of the lock of the entrance was fixed following the instructions of Mr. Krosi.

Although we have not yet proceeded to the refurbishment of the external space, I am sending you some photos to use for marketing purposes.

After our tour on the internet and in the reports of many companies we have decided to choose your company, for the quality, design, prices and the proposals presented us by the sales department in your Showroom in Athens. What has pleased us from our cooperation in the renovation of our traditional building of the 19th century, at Oreokastro, Pogoni, is that the replacement of frames has matched perfectly with the traditional architecture of the building.

Finally, we would like to congratulate your staff, both in the sales department and the fitting workshop, for their kind and professional integrity that have met our goals in our admittedly difficult requirements.

I am sincerely happy for your email and the communication which you maintain with your clients as a company. This is yet another example of professionalism that characterizes you and justifies the confidence in the services you provide.

I do not think there is anything to criticize on the service level provided by your Sales Consultants (Dimitris, Konstantinos), whether this would have to do with technical, functional, or even aesthetic matters. Everything has worked up perfectly and you have shown due patience on my original hesitations about my final decision to convert the old energy-consuming aluminum frames to modern, energy-efficient, wooden ones. The important thing for me was that I had a clearer picture of how the final work would look like, even before the order was sent to the factory.

Particularly, I would like to congratulate the fitting technicians of the company. George and his crew not only they have excellent technical training and knowledge of the object, but George is also is a fine character and professional. This is very important, if you consider that you allow a “stranger” to essentially “invade” in your personal space. He has the gift of finding solutions and overcoming difficulties that arise during installation, which is a sign of ingenuity and technical training and deep understanding of the object.

On the whole, I would say that I am extremely happy with my decision to trust you.
If I had to choose again, I would not change anything in my decision two years ago. You deserve every positive comment that you hear or read, because you have toiled for it. I sincerely hope you continue to operate at a high standard service and with quality products at reasonable/affordable prices adapted to market requirements.

The choice of your company was made initially after an in depth market research I did for doors and windows for an apartment in Byronas area and a cottage in Stemnitsa. The quality of your products, the prices and especially the service of your Sales Consultant made me trust you. The installation was made in two houses, by different teams, who they did a great job! But I want to say well done to the workshop of wooden frames, for their excellent work. The cooperation with the sales consultant was excellent and I thank him very much for it. The overall excellent cooperation with your company is your best advertising to our friends and social acquaintances!

In reply to your message, I can tell you that we are very satisfied, both with the installation crew and by your service,

information and prompt response, whenever we have needed you.

However, regarding the frames you know that the shutters had a problem (cracks), because of “material failure” as you have explained to us.

It is true that with your immediate actions, these were replaced and that at present there is no further problem.

Finally, regarding the photographing of the project we are at your disposal.

It would be our pleasure to have nice pictures of our house on your website.

I am sorry about the delay of my answer.

I believe that the choice of your synthetic frames was extremely successful.

If you combine this with the great construction on your part and the very good installation of your workshop, the result is amazing.

Remember that the house was built in 1953 and its defects were too many, so the construction and installation have played a significant role.

I do not need any replacement part. The only minor issue is the balcony door in the dining room.

It needs a bit more power to close, but that is not a problem.

I have no objection for the website, but I don’t know either what I get, nor how.
