DAUWIN® Ready-Made Frames for delivery to professionals

Our company operates consistently since 1989 in the demanding and evolving field of manufacturing and marketing of door & window frames.

In our private facilities that occupy an area of 8,000 sq.m., in our new, ultra-modern, fully equipped factory, where the production and marketing of synthetic and aluminum frames takes place, we also produce and deliver ready-made frames in the desired dimensions and designs and in adherence to the strictest European standards.

The finished frames of DAUWIN® are sold and delivered packaged to professionals at wholesale prices, wherever and whenever requested, throughout Greece, Cyprus and abroad.

Ready-made frames of our wide range, which are commercially available by our company, include:

• EXALCO, ready-made, aluminum frames, in all series and colors.
• Aluplast, ready-made, synthetic frames made out of PVC, in all series and colors.
• Ready-made wooden frames imported by DAUWIN®, either laminated in three layers or in the form of plywood (anti-adhesive), in three different types: Windows Line No. 68, Windows Line No. 78 and Windows Line No. 92. All imported wooden frames are manufactured in state-of-the-art manufacturing units within the European Union and meet all the stringent standards applied in raw materials processing and production stages.
• Double and triple energy glazing (glass panes) processed with additional gas (ARGON) for excellent thermal (K = 1.0W/m2K) and sound insulation (Rw = 32dB).
• Total seal provided by two rubbers in the circumference of each sheet and three rubbers at the intersection points.
• CE and TÜV certifications (ISO 9001: 2001); all the company’s products – frames, accessories and mechanisms – are certified by a 10-year written warranty on any manufacturing defect and distortion.

We provide the following to our corporate representatives:

• Training and technical support to all stakeholders, who do not have the corresponding technical infrastructure, education and expertise.
• Wholesale Department to support individually each order, when requested, at highly profitable and competitive prices.
• Undertaking all necessary actions, documents, certificates, test results, etc., to be submitted to relevant NSRF programs.
• Exhibition centers in Athens and Kastoria, showcasing all the products that we manufacture, import and market. At our showrooms, the sellers of DAUWIN® will inform you about all the possibilities offered for the customization of your frames depending on the architectural design of the building and about all the available materials, designs and colors.
• Professionalism in all stages of our cooperation, consistency in the quality of the ordered frames and adherence to the agreed delivery times.
• As a company that certifies each stage of its products, in whole and in their individual parts, DAUWIN® shall deliver them together with the appropriate provided certifications. In addition, all our products, frames, accessories and mechanisms, are accompanied by a 10-year written warranty on any manufacturing defect and distortion.
