RAL certified - of course!
Our profiles are RAL certified and subject to regular quality checks. RAL quality marks identify products and services that are produced or provided according to exact high quality criteria and are monitored on a regular basis by independent testing institutes (SKZ, Süddeutsches Kunststoff-Zentrum and IFT, Institut für Fenstertechnik). In this way, the permanent functionality of our frames guarantees that you will enjoy them for many years.
CE marking - what else!
The CE marking is a quality mark issued by the European Committee for Standardization "CEN". The CE standard defines the product properties and performance classes for windows and doors of all materials for the European market. It indicates the product's compliance with applicable European standards and guidelines, removes trade barriers and therefore simplifies pan-European trade. aluplast windows and doors meet CE requirements and are regularly monitored by the IFT testing institute.
ISO-9001 certificate - of course!
aluplast GmbH has been ISO certified for over 20 years. The implementation of this quality management system requires continuous improvement of both processes and products, which is monitored on a regular basis by the British Standards Institution (BSI). Quality is our top priority in all our sub-processes.
Recycling and environmental protection - A leading company
Our big advantage: PVC can be recycled and reused! Protecting the environment and conserving resources is of the utmost importance and essential nowadays. aluplast is part of Rewindo GmbH, whose purpose is to achieve a sustainable and responsible economic activity by maximizing the recycling offer.
Ecological balance - never in question
For us, certified quality also means that the ecological balance of our products is checked by a neutral authority. This is why we have drawn up a European Product Declaration (EPD) from the Construction and Environment Institute according to ISO 14025 and EN 15804 standards.
EnMS certification - here's an example!
By 2009, aluplast met with several other companies to create a pilot network with the aim of reducing energy consumption and thereby reducing greenhouse gas emissions. This commitment to additional sustainability has paid off: Aluplast and its successful energy management system have been certified according to DIN / ISO 50001 since July 2013.
In addition, aluplast uses modern production systems with the lowest energy consumption in the industry.
